At one time in my career I was a hospitality manager as a private club filled with old rich white men, I was only 4 months in before one of my servers was attacked in the same way behind the bar. It handled seriously within the company but the way it was swept under the rug told me it unfortunately happened a lot. I was only there 8 months. It was a lot of responsibility, all the young women’s safety around rowdy drunks.
