Identifying Problematic Employees
And why you need to fire them to better your business
Firing employees is never easy.
Hell, finding employees that are willing to work is tough enough, firing them may be the last thing you’re considering right now.
But maybe it should be.
Hear me out.
I own 4 businesses and have roughly 9 (give or take) additional income streams with online side hustles and structured passive income streams.
Guess how many employees I have.
Not-a-one.
*Dusts shoulders off while suppressing a panic attack*
In all reality, it’s way too much and I should really drop at least half of them.
But I can’t. Because they all bring me joy.
In a perfect world I would have a team dedicated to each entity so they could thrive and grow to the potential I know they have.
But hiring dependable employees is way harder than it seems. And I’m terrified to risk the integrity of my businesses by going through the motions of finding people that care about their work.
